Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Combine macaroni, milk, butter, Dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour in the Instant Pot
Close the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
